We are looking for a senior software developer for the development, further development, and management of systems related to travel and identity documents. You translate business requirements into efficient and quality-assured code and take an active responsibility for driving technical issues forward and contributing to technical choices.

The role encompasses the entire system lifecycle – from development to management, troubleshooting, and bug fixing. You will also work with various technologies, such as service-based solutions, container solutions, databases, and certificate solutions, as well as integration with equipment/sensors for fingerprint capture.

• Develop, further develop, and manage systems related to travel and identity documents
• Translate business requirements into quality-assured and efficient program code
• Drive technical issues and contribute to technical choices
• Work through the entire lifecycle: development, management, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
• Develop and integrate service-based solutions and work with container solutions
• Work with databases and certificate solutions
• Integrate equipment/sensors and communication via web services/web sockets

• Swedish citizenship and very good Swedish in spoken and written form
• At least 8 years of documented experience as a software developer (experience must have been gained in the last 10 years)
• At least 5 years of practical experience in development using an agile approach
• At least 5 years of practical experience with Java, SQL databases, and CI/CD
• At least 4 years of practical experience with Angular
• At least 4 years of practical experience with Kotlin
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience with certificate management
• Experience with integration of equipment/sensors and communication over web services/web sockets
